Hello! I’m Susan

Hiring Manager, Trainer, Program Director

For over thirty years I have hired, trained, promoted, terminated and worked through issues, major and minor, with employees at all levels. Direct service staff, supervisors, directors, clinicians, drivers, nurses and more…  Sometimes I think I would be more helpful to people if I could just tell them directly why they didn’t get an interview, or get the job, or get promoted… That’s not always possible or appropriate on the job, so I hope to provide that kind of feedback here. Because, with just a little help, everyone has the ability to be employable.
